He was buried in Ballinakill (St. Thomas) Church of Ireland Churchyard, Grave 132, but no date given. Home address: 22 Alloway Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. [ref. Martin Gleeson]. Morrow was age 56, son of William and Esther Ann Morrow, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Headstone inscription shows: Captain G.D. Morrow, Royal Canadian Artillery, 30th April 1941, age 56. Until the Day Breaks and the Shadows Flee Away.
