FLT LT JOHN VICTOR TREE- RAF VOLUNTEER RESERVE

Tree's body washed ashore on the Isle of Islay and is buried in Kilnaughton Military Cemetery, grave 129. He was 38 years old, the son of John and Evelyn Tree and husband of Gertrude Mary Tree. He was from Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Headstone inscription shows: Flight Lieutenant J.V. Tree, Royal Air Force, 30th April 1941, Age 38.
